Restoratively Driven Implant Failure:
Prevention, Maintenance and Technical Solutions

Friday, January 20, 2017

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program will provide an overview of the appropriate indications and prosthetic applications for dental implant treatment. A range of restorative options will be presented, from fully edentulous cases to single- or multiple-tooth implant cases. Topics that will be discussed include treatment planning for esthetic success and the restoration process with corresponding prosthetic component options. Participants will learn how to place abutments and recognize the different techniques and components required for implant-level and abutment-level impressions. The program will demonstrate the advantages of tissue-level and bone-level restorative platforms for clinicians transitioning into implant dentistry. Participants of this program will understand how to assimilate restorations supported by dental implants into their practice with predictability and confidence.
