Curtis Garrett, DDS practice a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise including Dental Implant Surgery, Wisdom Tooth Removal, Reconstructive Jaw Surgery, TMJ, Cleft-Lip and Palate Surgery, Oral Pathology, Maxillofacial Trauma and Facial Cosmetic Surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort.


Periodontal surgery requires additional years of training in periodontics and anesthesia after graduation from dental school. Dr. Wiley practices a full scope of periodontology with expertise including Management of periodontal (gum) disease, Dental Implant Surgery, Cosmetic and Functional Soft Tissue Grafting of gingival tissues. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort.


Surgical StafF

The surgical staff at Brazos Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implant Center are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of I.V. sedation and surgery. Our staff members are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies and are CPR certified.

Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) Sedation in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
